Return Policy
Returning your order is simple! You have a full 30 days from the day you receive your item to start the return process. We accept returns for all orders, as long as items are in their original, unused condition—unopened, with all tags and seals in place.

We'll handle each situation individually to find the best solution. To help us process your claim quickly, please include photos or videos of the issue.
We kindly remind you that exchanges are not available. To replace an item, simply place a new order and return your unwanted item for a full refund. This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights.
