How can I increase my chances of being accepted for pay later? 

Affirm offers pay later based on various factors such as order value, previous order history, and item availability. Ensure you provide your full name and accurate address details, and ship to your registered billing address to improve your chances. Each order is assessed individually, so previous acceptance does not guarantee future acceptance.

Why have I not been offered pay later? 

Pay later options are not universally available and are generated by algorithms based on factors like order amount, store, previous order history, and item availability. You can always complete your order by paying with a credit or debit card at checkout. 

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase? 

When making a purchase with Affirm, provide your mobile phone number and email address. These details are essential for contact and to receive payment information. 

Will a credit search take place against me? 

Affirm may run soft credit checks that do not affect your credit score and are only visible to you and Affirm, not other lenders. Neither Affirm nor Aesthetic Angel will run credit searches that impact your credit rating. 

What are my payment options with Affirm? 

Affirm offers several payment options to suit your needs and budget: 

Pay in 4: 

• Split your purchase into four interest-free payments due every two weeks. 
• This option is often available for smaller purchases and requires no credit check for eligible customers. 

Monthly Installments: 

• Choose a repayment plan with fixed monthly payments over a set period (e.g., 6, 12, or 36 months). 
• Interest rates may apply depending on your creditworthiness and the merchant. 

• This option is suitable for larger purchases or when you prefer to spread out payments over time. 

 What happens if I cancel or return my order? 

Once Aesthetic Angel has accepted your cancellation or return, Affirm will cancel the statement or refund your payment. 

What happens if I don't pay for my order? 

Affirm will send reminders via email and, if necessary, text or letter to help you pay on time. Failure to pay will affect your credit score. 

Is my payment information safe? 

Payment information is securely processed by Affirm. No card details are transferred to or held by Aesthetic Angel. All transactions are secured with the latest industry-standard protocols. 

I have been asked to go to Affirm's site. Is this correct? 

If you chose to pay later, Affirm will send you an email with payment details and a link to settle your payment with your credit or debit card. 

Can I pay before the due date? 

You can pay for your order at any time after receiving the email from Affirm with payment details. Follow the instructions in the email to complete your payment. 

Have you received my payment? 

If you pay by card, Aesthetic Angel will confirm your order immediately. If using Affirm's pay later option, you will receive a payment confirmation email from Affirm. You can also check the status of your order and payments by logging in at www.affirm.com. 

What happens to my statements once I've returned the goods? 

Once Aesthetic Angel has processed your return, an updated statement will be sent to you by Affirm. For full returns, your statement will be closed. 

I've received a statement but not my goods.

You have 30 days to pay, so there’s no need to pay immediately. If your due date is approaching and you haven't received your goods, contact Aesthetic Angel to check on delivery or reach out to Affirm’s Customer Service to postpone the due date. 

I have canceled my order. How long until I receive my refund? 

While Aesthetic Angel's part may be completed within 5 business days, the complete refund process, including Affirm's processing time, might take a bit longer.  

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded? 

If you paid with a card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you haven't paid the statement yet, the refund will reduce or cancel the statement. 

I haven't received an email with my statement/payment information.
